Our lives and relationships are complex - therein lies beauty - but I know it does not always seem that way! At times we feel overwhelmed and uncertain of how to create or get back to a more peaceful and fulfilling life. But, it IS possible.

I would love to collaborate with you in reaching your goal. You can make progress, whether it be managing depression, anxiety, negotiating life changes, boosting self-esteem, moving past trauma, untangling relationship issues, or any of life's challenges big or small that you may face.

As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating an environment you feel accepted and supported in, where you can say the things you need to say, and experience compassionate guidance. By identifying troublesome thoughts, unpleasant feelings, and old behaviors you will gain insight to create change. While learning to infuse compassion, coping, and communication skills along with your unique strengths, we can create the more hopeful and positive outcome you are longing for.
